How long have you been playing on our PERP server?: on and off since launch
How familiar are you with the PERP gamemode in general?: Extremely
Why do you want to join the Staff team?: Id like to join because I have a valuable set of skills that I can bring to the table, as well as wanting to see this community succeed, got a lot of old people I used to play with in the leadership team and It would be nice to work along side them again. Id also like to ensure rules aren't broken and people have a positive role play experience as that's what we are all here for, to have fun and strive as one big community.
What prior staffing or moderation experience do you have?: Ex Community Manager of vG, as well as staff on older perp servers and a lot of Arma 3 RP servers.
What traits or skills do you have that would benefit the Staff team?: Patience, communication, and knowledge of what it takes to be staff at the lowest and highest levels. Knowledge of the rules inside and out and ability to handle sits in the upmost professional setting.
How active can you be weekly (days/ hours)?: 3-5 days a week
Do you have a working microphone, and are you comfortable using your voice during sits?: 110%
How would you handle a sit involving two players accusing each other of RDM?: In this case id ask to see if someone in the party has a clip that can make their word credible otherwise it turns into a he said / she said situation and 2 people bickering back and forth. If neither party has a clip id advise them to grab a software to clip situations as it will streamline their sits and back up their word.
What would you do if you witnessed another Staff member abusing their powers?: Gather enough credible evidence to take to a senior staff member to ensure that person gets dealt with accordingly.
Do you understand that as Staff, you are expected to act maturely and professionally both in-game and on Discord?: Yes
