How long have you been playing on our PERP server?: Over 24 hours playtime spread across a couple of weeks.
How familiar are you with the PERP gamemode in general?: Many years. Played over 800 hours in hellzone.
Why do you want to join the Staff team?: I'm very excited that PERP is making a comeback! This is a very nostalgic game mode for me, I spent many years on this game, and was not happy when HellZone & the other OG Communities took a dive. I want to join the staff team just to support this project anyway i can!
What prior staffing or moderation experience do you have?: Many years, not only as staff & developer, but i've also ran several multi server communities in Garry's Mod & FiveM over the years. Well over half of my playtime in GMod was spent as a staff member.
What traits or skills do you have that would benefit the Staff team?: I love working with people! IRL I own my own business, that is my full time job, and over 3/4 of my day is spent simply working with my team. I'm definitely not a professional developer or anything along those lines, but when it comes to running meetings, vision boarding projects, etc, thats where i have the most skill. I'm sure some of those skills could be useful here.
How active can you be weekly (days/ hours)?: Most evenings & weekends throughout the week.
Do you have a working microphone, and are you comfortable using your voice during sits?: Yes
How would you handle a sit involving two players accusing each other of RDM?: Depending on who is involved, and what the full situational breakdown is, who has the most proof? (witnesses, clips, etc) If they both only have word of mouth, then there isn't much I can do. Give a warning to both of the players and keep an eye on them going forward.
What would you do if you witnessed another Staff member abusing their powers?: Report it up the chain. After that report I'd definitely have a casual conversation with them about it.
Do you understand that as Staff, you are expected to act maturely and professionally both in-game and on Discord?: Yes
Is there anything else you'd like to add? Any final notes?: I am very excited about this project! If there is no need for any more staff right now then no worries! Just offering to help if its needed.
