How long have you been playing on our PERP server?: On and off for about a few months.
How familiar are you with the PERP gamemode in general?: I've played PERP before some of you were born. Started in 2010.
Why do you want to join the Staff team?: I want to join the staff team to help PERPX grow to it's potential, which is to bring PERP to the next generation of GMod players.
What prior staffing or moderation experience do you have?: I have managed/administrated many Garry's Mod servers (including multiple PERP servers) and communities. I was most notably a Community Director at Voltage Gaming.
What traits or skills do you have that would benefit the Staff team?: I have extensive knowledge of PERP, and it's functionality. I have a genuine desire to use this extensive knowledge to make the server and community more enjoyable for the players.
How active can you be weekly (days/ hours)?: Every Day After 6PM on Weekdays, Free Weekends.
Do you have a working microphone, and are you comfortable using your voice during sits?: Yes.
How would you handle a sit involving two players accusing each other of RDM?: I would immediately bring them to a secluded area. I would listen to each person individually to get both sides of the story, and then make a judgement on what occurred and how the rules of the server apply to the situation. I would then offer my solution, and if necessary, administer any punishments accordingly.
What would you do if you witnessed another Staff member abusing their powers?: I would report them to my superior(s) immediately, and try to have evidence of the abuse if possible.
Do you understand that as Staff, you are expected to act maturely and professionally both in-game and on Discord?: Yes
