Why do you want to join the Staff team?: I've played perp for many years, tried applying on perpheads a few times and got told no because I don't do criminal enough even tho that wasn't a condition. So then enter this server, a upstart that doesnt take 2 years to edit things. A community where they say "You're right lets fix that" to problems. On the ww2 server i was on the owner was an awful person, abusing staff and threatening them for saying problems. Here you say a problem its taken into consideration.
What prior staffing or moderation experience do you have?: 2x years 7000 member discord, 3x years 3000x member discord, Staff on protocol gaming during one of its many rebirths before it died, 0.5x Year super admin on ww2 rp server,
What traits or skills do you have that would benefit the Staff team?: Patience, real life security guard with people of our servers age bracket (18-27 is the average perp bracket nowadays). Conflict resolving, got alot of that from my job and other servers.

Attention to detail, oh someone is upset and mentioning someone rdm'd them or they dont like something? Go and check up on it, they might have something before they even report it. Anything you see can be useful for a case or report.
How active can you be weekly (days/ hours)?: 5 days, 8-10 a day if required
Do you have a working microphone, and are you comfortable using your voice during sits?: Yes
How would you handle a sit involving two players accusing each other of RDM?: First inform them that they are going to be taken into an admin sit, then move them to an isolated spot. Under the map, a rooftop, or somewhere they have privacy. This not only prevents others taking action against them but I believe everyone has a right to privacy when being questioned.

Next up is calm them down. Emotions are running high, its a stressful moment they both feel wronged. Calming them down will prevent them possibly breaking more rules or feeling the sit didn't resolve their issue.

Once they're calm ask each of them their story. See which details are consistent between them and what details change. Even more important is if they keep telling a detail and it changes constantly, this is usually a lie or incriminating.

Compare the stories to the evidence. What do the logs say, who said what, how does each of them compare to eachother?

Finally, act on it. If there is enough evidence for a conviction then do so but do not act if there is uncertainty. They may not like that outcome but being unfair can lead to further issues. Tell them that if they think there is evidence that was missed or that they wish to make a further report on it they can make a player report on the forums, a sit does not necessarily mean it cannot be revisited with new evidence.
What would you do if you witnessed another Staff member abusing their powers?: Take notes and document it. If they are walking around uncloaked or etc ask them first. They may of forgotten, things happen. However, depending on what it is I may not ask and directly report to a higher up such as actively trying to take down the server or disrupt gameplay. Damage control would be attempted until someone with the power to remove them comes on. A confrontation over something like god mode raiding can lead to a blow up and thus I would give my evidence to a higher up to handle it.

IRL I own my own business, that is my full time job, and over 3/4 of my day is spent simply working with my team. I'm definitely not a professional developer or anything along those lines, but when it comes to running meetings, vision boarding projects, etc, thats where i have the most skill. I'm sure some of those skills could be useful here.

Why do you want to join the Staff team?: I feel as if I would be a good addition to the staff team for several reasons. To start, I am extremely knowledgeable with PERP and have previously been a staff member for it. The main reason I want to be a staff member is more for the community aspect. I see more than a server within this group, as it brings back old memories without a certain person running it. There is potential for a lot more than just PERP here.

How would you handle a sit involving two players accusing each other of RDM?: In a situation like this, it is important to first start by responding to the report and making sure any RP going on is over. Then grab the players and bring them up to a seat in a location where they're away from other players. Next, listen to both sides and ask if anyone has footage or grab witnesses who saw it or might have footage. Looking through server logs is also a key factor in checking each individual's side of the story. I also like to check previous incident history with the individual, as if one of them was RDM, I can base my next move on that. Not everything has to be a ban. Sometimes players, especially newer ones, don't understand the roles of RP well yet. (Kinda like Warn, Kick, Kick, Ban in a sense, but with more judgment in the steps).
What would you do if you witnessed another Staff member abusing their powers?: Record. Take as much evidence as I can and go directly to an SM, CD, or Owner. Try to talk with the staff member who is abusing as well and explain to them why it is abuse.

Why do you want to join the Staff team?: Perp x community is really good and I feel like I can make an additional help to the team, I will take the sits very seriously and ensure that I make best decision, ensuring that I listen to both parties to try and negogiate the situation. I believe some situation can be handled without big consequences if its something small. However, some obvious situation like mass rdms will be handled seriously. I will ensure that I always help new players with any support they need even if they not new. Treating people fairly and equally is my top priority and ensuring that all players enjoying the server. I will also like to be running events that players can participate in, It will really be nice as i got a lot of creative ideas for the players to enjoy such as Michael myers event during halloween and finding santa for christmas.
What prior staffing or moderation experience do you have?: Unfortunatelly, I dont have previous GMOD staff experience. However, I will ensure that I follow the rules of the server and communicate with any other colleague staff members on.

However, I helped with testing a server that was being created by DOC, So i am familiar with admin commands to beginner level.

Why do you want to join the Staff team?: Perp x community is really good and I feel like I can make an additional help to the team, I will take the sits very seriously and ensure that I make best decision, ensuring that I listen to both parties to try and negogiate the situation. I believe some situation can be handled without big consequences if its something small. However, some obvious situation like mass rdms will be handled seriously. I will ensure that I always help new players with any support they need even if they not new. Treating people fairly and equally is my top priority and ensuring that all players enjoying the server. I will also like to be running events that players can participate in, It will really be nice as i got a lot of creative ideas for the players to enjoy such as Michael myers event during halloween and finding santa for christmas.
What prior staffing or moderation experience do you have?: Unfortunatelly, I dont have previous GMOD staff experience. However, I will ensure that I follow the rules of the server and communicate with any other colleague staff members on.

However, I helped with testing a server that was being created by DOC, So i am familiar with admin commands to beginner level.
What traits or skills do you have that would benefit the Staff team?: I am creative to be preparing events and host them.

I am open minded and ensuring that I listen to both parties of a sit

If I have to spectate a certain situation, I will ensure to do it
